New Gold found in Ireland

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources revealed it has unearthed two new gold targets in Ireland. The two targets, each spanning 3 kilometers in length, are found within the Slieve Glah licence area in County Cavan.

The discoveries follow a gold-in-soil survey in which gold values of over 300 parts per mln were recorded. The work has also expanded the company’s two existing gold targets at Slieve Glah.

The company believes the new Slieve Glah gold targets lie at the southern end of a 30 mile gold trend that stretches from County Armagh in Northern Ireland.

And they are around 25 miles south of the company’s Clontibret project, where a mine is planned. These results at Slieve Glah are very exciting and add not only to the prospectivity of the very large targets at Slieve Glah but also to the entire 30 mile gold trend which the company has discovered, all of which, as outlined to date, lies within the company's licence area.
